The law gives power to the Banking Mohtasib alone. Therefore the complaints managing process is centralized at the Karachi Secretariat. Filing complaints is easy. All you require to do is follow three simple steps: Firstly approach your bank. When you are going to submit the complaint to the Bank to resolve the complaint. It is being stated through the letter. The bank is permitted a maximum of 45 days to resolve your complaint. If the reply is unsatisfactory or not received the reply from bank within 45 days then a compliant may be filled with the Banking Mohtasib on the prescribed complaint form. The complaint form properly accomplished, signed and attested by an Oath Commissioner ought to be attached with your letter of complaint and send to bank.
Types of complaints we will entertain:
People can file compliant with the Banking Mohtasib for resolving of complaint against banks operating in Pakistan.
All complaints discarded by banks can be considered by the Banking Mohtasib given records related thereto have not been shattered by the bank according to its laid down record obliteration policies.
Would People want to submit rejected complaints to Bank, you may send them all related messages along with the Complaint Form without the requirement to give 45 days’ notice to the concerned bank.
The Banking Mohtasib tackles complaints connecting to violation of banking laws and regulations, actions, etc. After verifying that all technical requirements have been met, we may call for additional information from both parties. If needed, Banking Mohtasib will visit banks to observe their books, procedures and processes relating to a complaint. The result of this will be either:
Complaint is set up to be baseless. in such cases we will notify the complainant accordingly and close the case.
Complaint is set up to be authentic. in such cases we will organization a process of conciliation to get an agreeable resolution between both parties. If the matter cannot be resolved agreeably, we will overtake a suitable order request the bank to correct the circumstances or make good the complainant’s loss.
I found no email address of stste bank for registering my complaint against easy paisa account.

As per CIB report a sum of Rs.10725/- is overdue with me however as per my knowledge I have no outstanding balance at any bank and also I have called various bank for this issue they have inform me there are no outstanding in my name. میں میں نے6مہینے پہلے J.S bank Jhang baranch سے Dariy Farm کے لیےloan اپلائی کیا تھا ہزاروں دکے کھانے کے بعد اب میرا Caseاس بنا پر DECLINED کر دیا گیا ہے کے میرا Dariy Farming میں تجربہ نہیں ہے اور پہلے سے رکھے گئے جانور بھی کم ہیں۔ میرے پاس بنک وزٹ کے ٹائم 5 جانور موجود تھے میں نے ارض کی تھی 2۔4 دن میں میرے 2جانور مزید آ جائیں گے۔ جو کے اس وقت موجود ہیں۔۔ سب سے پہلے تو بنک نےلون اپلائی کے ٹائم آگاہ نہیں کہ آپ کے پاس پہلے سے اتنے جانور موجود ہونے لازم ہیں۔ دوسرا میں نے 20لاکھ کے لیے لون اپلائی کیا ہے اور میں جو زمین ضمانت کے طور بنک کے نام ٹرانسفر کروں گا اس کی قیمت 50لاکھ روپے ہے۔ تیسرا میری حیثیت 7 جانور رکھنے کی ہے اگر میرے پاس 20 جانور رکھنے کے پیسے ہوتے تو میں بنک سے لون کیوں لیتا ؟ چوتھا ہم 1947 سے پاکستان میں آئے تب سے پہلے میرے بزرگوں نے اور اب میں 20سال سے Dariy Farming کا کام کرہا ہوں کیا ابھی بھی ہمارا تجربہ نہیں ہے؟ پانچواں میں نے نیو بزنس کے لیے اپلائی کیا تھا نا کہ پہلے سے موجود بزنس کو آگے بڑھانے کے لئے ۔
حکومت نے اگر کوئی Scheme کسانوں کے لئے بنا دی ہے تو اگے یہ بنک والے کسی بات پہ پورا نہیں اترنے دے رہے۔ میری ہر چیز کلئیر ہونے کے باوجود 6 مہینے سے رولا کے اب اس بنا پہ Case DECLINED کر دیا جس کی کوئی شرت پہلے سے نہیں رکھی گئی تھی۔ یہ صرف لون نہ دینے کا بس ایک بہانہ ہے۔اگر انہوں نے لون نہیں دینا تھا تو یہ Scheme کیوں شروع کی اور 6 مہینے تذلیل کرنے کا کیا جواز ہےان کے پاس ؟ میرا قیمتی وقت ضائع کیا گیا ۔۔۔میں بہت دل برداشتہ ہوا ہوں۔۔۔😢
میری مودبانه گزارش ہے کہ میرا case reopen کرواکے آگے بڑھایا جائے اور وقت کی قدر کی جائے بہت بھاگ چکا ہوں تاکہ میں اپنے پلان کے مطابق اپنا کام چلا کے گھر کا نظام چلا پاؤں۔ اگر میرا لون نہ ہوا تو میں دل برداشتہ ہو کر خودسوزی کرنے پہ مجبور ہوجاؤں گا اس کے علاوہ میرے پاس کوئی ہل نہیں رہہ جائے گا کیوں کہ میں بہت بوجھ تلے آ چکا ہوں اور اس کا ذمہ دار حکومت اور بنک ہوگی۔مہربانی کر کہ عوام کی تکلیف دور کروائی جائے

I phone ubl ,my is not working, they open my credit card. I went to cash machine .my account had round 4000rs left. I phone the help line ubl.they said money was take out in uk? Iam in pakistan. I made a complaint,and sent to ubl ,they say 15 February 2018 i will get a reply ,they did not reply, i phone ubl asking about complete, they keep saying it is on going .on 15 March 2018 ubl massage me saying complaint as been closed,and i have no complaint.

1) I am an ex-employee of the erstwhile nationalized bank “The Muslim Commercial Bank Ltd “ and am retired during the period of its nationalization when it was under the direct control of the government of Pakistan. I was relieved from service with full retirement benefits under the civil servant Pension scheme. If I lodge any complaint with you in respect of stoppage or withdrawal of my certain retirement benefits willfully or otherwise by the bank, certainly you will not entertain my request on the plea that it is service related matter of the bank’s employee/officer. It means that my relations with this bank are that of “Employee and the Employer “and the matter is service related .O.k. agree.
2) Later on after two years of my retirement the bank was privatized by the Government through privatization commission of Pakistan and purchased by a private firm with new name as “MCB Bank Ltd”, taking over the entire assets and liabilities along with the services of the existing staff. Similarly services of Accounts of all the account holders with all its obligations may have also been accepted to be rendered under certain agreement, because my monthly pension is regularly credited to my account. Now if any thing happens wrong with my pension account with willful action or intentionally violation of the retirement benefits (Pension scheme) by the MCB Bank Ltd. Would you entertain my complaint against them? Here my relations with MCB Bank Ltd are that of “Customer and the Bank” and not of the” Employee and the Employer”
