Need suggestions for Doha (Qatar) trip. We are first-time traveler to Doha my trip is for 4 days. Please tell us interesting tourist places and restaurants.

Don’t go to Doha especially for tourism. If you really want to visit, book a return flight of any destination via Qatar Airways and get a free transit Visa with a free 5 star hotel stay for 1 day (for other days u can avail hotels with discounted prices).
I’ll give u my example. I booked my return flight from Islamabad to Istanbul and added Doha as multi city (increased my transit time from 2hrs to 48plus hours almost 3 days). In this way I got a Free transit Visa, Free hotel stay and Free city tours.
I recently visited Doha and found it interesting. You may take a ride on the dhows there. Also water sports like jet skiing are offered there. And then the Arabic cuisine is there to enjoy. You may take a dessert safari aswell. Have a fun trip.
Qatar is quiet good and peaceful country. As I live in Doha I would recommend you to visit following places:
- Katara cultural village
- Corniche
- The Museum of Islamic Art
- Souq Waqif
- Aqua park Qatar
For malls… Villaggio Mall and Mall of Qatar are best and Doha has also great beaches.
Those who dint explore it shouldn’t pass discouraging comments.. so here is my feedback below:
You need at least 6 to 7 days if you want to explore it and enjoy properly. So don’t think it’s boring.
Night stay desert safari on desert + beach…God has blessed Qatar where desert and beach are together means where desert meets the beach. Go to Inland sea.
Visit Banana Island…one of its kind place by Anantra. I have visited many islands but no match with Banana Island.
Karata, Pearl (man made island) , souq waqif, souq wakra, museum of Islamic arts, Qatar museum, several lovely beaches, aqua park, Villaggio Mall, mall of Qatar, doha festival city, all water sports including jet ski, parasailing etc, MIA park bazaar, sealine resort, mega polis virtual reality, adventure rooms, roaming around in West bay & corniche, even nightclubs and bars if u wish to explore.
