Submission of Application Form:
If you are interested in purchasing a plot in Taiser Town then follow this simple method & procedure:
1) Visit any branch of Silk Bank
2) Get your application form which is free of cost
3) Fill the application form
4) Attach copy of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
5) Attach the required Bank Draft/Pay Order
Due date for submission of your application form is March 30, 2019 (Saturday). Make sure you submit your application before the last date.
The amount of bank draft or pay order will depend on the category of plot for which you are applying for. The requirement is as follows:
1) Rs. 80,000 Pay Order for 80 sq yards plot
2) Rs. 120,000 Pay Order for 120 sq yards
3) Rs. 528,000 Pay Order for 200 sq yards
4) Rs. 1,200,000 Pay Order for 400 sq yards
One applicant can submit form for one category with one CNIC. Any applicant who was allotted plot in Phase 1 will not be eligible for the phase 2 of the project. Check your eligibility through the official website of Malir Development Authority.
Online Application Process:
MDA announced that application forms will also be available on the official website of MDA and Taiser Town. Online form is available on MDA website but due to technical problems people preferred to submit form in the banks.
Updates and news about form, balloting and other details will be revealed through the official website.
Balloting:
MDA announced that computerized balloting will be held to ensure free & fair allotment of plots to applicants. Other details such as date of lucky draw or balloting are not revealed yet.

Taiser Town is located near Gulshan-e-Maymar and near Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course. Northern Bypass passes through the scheme and is few minutes drive from North Karachi & North Nazimabad. Check this Google Map to know the exact location of the project:
