In an unexpected move Qatar ended Visa requirement for more than 80 countries but unfortunately Pakistan is not among the list of these countries.
Qatar become Visa free and will issue waivers for free instead of charging Visa fees. This decision comes at a time when neighboring gulf countries under the leadership of Saudi Arabia are boycotting Qatar.
Even countries like India, Cuba & Thailand are included in the list but not Pakistan. This reflects the failure of Pakistani government in their diplomacy among gulf countries which are considered to be a natural ally of Pakistan.
The citizens from these 80 countries can get visa waiver on arrival at Qatar. The 80 countries are further divided in 2 groups the citizens of first 33 countries can stay up to 90 days while the citizens of other countries will be able to stay for up to 30 days.
Visitors from 33 countries will be able to stay up to 90 days without any visa, without any passport, without any paper work.
