Colombo Test International Cricket Council has warned to Test cricketer Saeed Ajmal for using the offensive language, off-spinner was in violation of Level One in the ICC code of conduct. During SriLanka’s innings Saeed Ajmal has used offensive language that was heard from the micro stump phone. Code of Conduct violations reported Ajmal after which the match officials were involved in the violation and was sentenced to a minimum of Level One. In Level One the minimum sentence of violation formally warned and fined a maximum of 50% of match fees. Experts said that Ajmal was trying to build the pressure on batsman that’s why he used offensive language. These are the tricks to get the batsman under pressure and it is the part of the game. Former cricketers used to do the same like Wasim Akram and Waqar Younus.
36-year-old Saeed Ajmal, told in an interview to foreign newspaper that the new rules of cricket makes more difficulty for bowler’s situation so bowlers have to do such kind of things to build the pressure. Rules are constantly changing. Time has changed and now cricket is a very fast game and the batter is too aggressive attitude which is pressure every time on bowlers.
