B Form is the registration document for all Pakistani’s who are under 18. This is also called the Child Registration Certificate (CRC) for which parents can apply through any NADRA Center. Any Pakistani Citizen can get it at affordable fees and a simple application process.
Currently, PAK-Identity doesn’t offer online applications for CRC and applicants are required to visit NADRA offices. Pak-Identity is the online platform where you can apply for different documents by NADRA such as Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
How to Apply For B-Form Certificate?
The method to apply for a B-form certificate for yourself or your children is a simple process. Just follow these steps to get CRC for minors in your family:
- Visit nearest NADRA registration Center
- Request for a token
- Go through photograph counter
- Provide fingerprints
- Provide complete details at data entry counter
- Get your printed application form and review it
- Submit the application
Parents are required to accompany their children with their CNIC or Smart Card. During the process, photographs and fingerprints of the parents will also be taken along with children. Otherwise, the printed form will require attestation by a gazetted officer.
Duration of the Process:
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) claims that B-Form is available within 5 working days of the request. NADRA also allows instant B-Form through their executive offices for which applicants will be charged a higher application fees.
NADRA B-form Fees:
The charges for Child Registration Certificate (CRC) or B-form will depend on the process.
If you apply through the normal process then the fee is only Rs. 50 while the fees for the executive process is Rs. 500.
Tracking:
Currently, NADRA doesn’t provide any online platform to check or track the application process.
