Consul General of Indonesia Hadi Santoso said that when he took the charge as council General of Pakistan business volume was $1.6 Billion in November 2014. But now business volume reached up to $2.3 Billion Dollar in November 2016. Now his tenure has expired.
Hadi Santoso was addressing at last conference in Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) building. At this moment KCCI President Shamim Ahmed Firpo, Mohammad Younus Soomro Chairman Diplomatic Missions, Sub Committee Altaf A. Ghafar, Pakistan and Indonesian Business Forum Chairman Shamoon Zaki and management committee personal attended the conference.
Hadi Santoso praised the performance of business and industrial community particularly the KCCI in achieving numerous objectives during his tenure. both countries enjoyed cordial relations as well as growing trade and economic relations.
Further he stated that he is very impressed to see the overwhelming support and cooperation Sindh people especially of Karachi. Those people who are very keen to build strong business relationship and cultural ties with Indonesian brothers and sisters.
Shamim Ahmed Firpo told that KCCI door would always remain open and provide special protocol for him whenever he will visit Karachi.
