Diet Plan and Exercises to Improve Vision & Eyesight

These are very simple exercise and diet plans which could be easily performed by any individual.

Exercises to Improve Eyesight & Vision

Palming Exercise:

First of all, thoroughly rub your hands for around 20 seconds and when they get warm, closed your eyes and give some rest to your hands in a way that your palm should not touch your eyes. Relax your hands, eyes and the whole body for around 2 to 3 minutes.

Scanning Exercise:

For this exercise, you should have to either stand or sit at the corner side of the room and notice all the things present in that particular room attentively. Breathe normally during this exercise and continue this practice for 2 minutes.

Temple Massage:

Close your eyes and move fingers of your both hands on the side of your head, on eyes level. Feel relax during this massage and continue this for around 5 to 10 minutes.

Diets to Improve Eyesight & Vision

Always remember that Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Beta Carotene and Elenium are some necessary nutrients which could reduce the risk of weak eyesight and vision. You should also take sufficient quantity of Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Omega 6 Fatty Acids, Carotenoids and Bilberry, to improve your vision and eyesight.
