CNG Is Selling More Expensive In Sindh

Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) is selling 8-9 rupees per kilogram expensive in Sindh than Punjab. CNG prices should be same across the country. The citizen of Sindh should get 5 percent sales tax discount.

The income tax has lowered to promote the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). Sindh produce gas 72 percent of total production and consumed only 48 percent but tax burden is maintained on Sindh consumer.

Chairman of CNG Dealers Association Abdul Sami Khan further told that we are demanding that CNG prices should be similar across the country otherwise we will close the CNG stations and public transport will also disappear from the road. Abdul Sami told that petroleum minister has destroyed CNG sector.

The residents of Sindh has appealed to the higher authorities to resolve their problems and provide a sigh of relief.
