Jazz Announces ‘JazzWorld,’ a New Corporate Identity Designed to Accelerate AI-Led Growth and Digital Expansion

Jan 11, 2026

Jazz has unveiled JazzWorld, a refreshed corporate group identity that reflects its evolution into a multi-business organization—bringing together connectivity, digital, financial, lifestyle, health, data centre, AI, and platform businesses under one unified vision.

JazzWorld sets a clear direction for the company’s expanding portfolio of digital and financial services. While Jazz continues to operate under its existing brand identity, legal and regulatory framework as Pakistan’s most trusted telecom brand, the JazzWorld identity defines how these services integrate to serve more than 100 million Pakistanis.

Under JazzWorld, the company is connecting and scaling platforms across fintech, entertainment, youth engagement, cloud, software development, healthtech, fashion commerce, and insuretech—including JazzCash, Mobilink Bank, Tamasha, ROX, Simosa (ultra app), Garaj, Teknosys, ApnaClinic, ZARR, and FikrFree. JazzWorld is simultaneously strengthening capabilities in AI, data centres, and cybersecurity, establishing an integrated digital ecosystem designed to advance its purpose of Better Life for All by connecting people, services, and opportunities at a national scale.

As part of the identity launch, JazzWorld announced Aamer Ejaz as the company’s Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO)—a role created to deepen investment in AI-enabled solutions across the enterprise. The CAIO will accelerate practical and responsible AI development tailored to Pakistan’s context, enhancing user experience, strengthening business intelligence, and driving product innovation across platforms.

In parallel, cybersecurity has been elevated as a core governance priority, with Chief Information Security Officer Qasim Shafique now reporting directly to the CEO—reinforcing security-by-design across JazzWorld operations and underscoring its commitment to trust, resilience, and digital safety.

The company emphasized that Jazz will remain the core connectivity layer within JazzWorld’s broader ecosystem. Further details on how the new identity will manifest across products, experiences, and communications will be shared in the coming weeks. JazzWorld represents the collective future of the company — bringing together all its businesses, platforms and people under a unified ecosystem.
