Saudi Chamber of Commerce and industry member Abdullah Radwan informed Arab media that through this program the lack of labour would be reassured. He told 18 companies obtained tenders to employ foreigners as labours in Saudi Arabia to quick achievement of current projects.

According to new project the labours would be given for a short term period, and they would not require transferring sponsorship. Many companies commenced different programs to teach foreign workers. More than 220000 visas were specified to employment companies. Thousands are presently in Process.
