Societies, Companies and firms are to be registered under Society Act 1860. At least seven or more persons would connect for the registration of a company. The Registration fee for a company would be Rs 570. Two or more partners are able to make a firm under partnership Act 1932. Application forms would be achieved from the Registration Section of Registrar of Firms, District Government.
Guidelines to prepare the case
Application form- It ought to be accordingly filled and attested by class-1 officer.
Partnership deed ought to be on judicial papers worth Rs. 500 on behalf of the firm accordingly signed by all partners and witness with whole particulars thereof.
Challan form of Rs. 100 submitted in National Bank of Pakistan. It ought to be attached. Payment ought to be on behalf of Registrar of Firms, District Rawalpindi and head of accounts ought to be as follows:
“1264605” fee under Registration Act 1032”.
- Photocopies of CNIC of all partners accordingly attested by Class-1 Officers would be attached.
- Attach evidence of ownership of head office of the firm. Copy ought to be attested by Class-1 Officer.
- Any person would lodge application of registration, given he/she has authority letter on judicial paper accordingly attested by Class-1 Officer, Lawyers are only necessary to provide application on their letter-head along with attorney.
Where to submit
After achievement of all pre- requisites, please provide all the documents to the Assistant District Officer in person.
Processing
