Karachi: Malik Riaz and the head of Abu Dhabi group of the United Arab Emirates, the two real estate tycoons, have decided to build the world’s tallest building in Karachi.Both the parties on Friday signed this deal in Abu Dhabi in which 45 billion dollars would be invested amazingly in the real estate of Pakistan. Ali Riaz, the son of Malik Riaz has confirmed this pact, signed between both the parties.
According to the conditions of the pact that was signed between the two business tycoons, 35 billion dollars will be invested only in Sindh whereas 35 billion dollars will be invested in Islamabad and Lahore.
