Expert Project’s Scholarships for Pakistanis & Asians

The European commission had funded some scholarship programs like Experts I, Experts II, Experts III and Experts4. In these projects the European commission’s main target are countries like Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, India, Maldives, Philippines, Nepal, Thailand, and Sri Lanka. The partnership of Experts is with the higher education institutions of 13 south and south-east Asia, 7 European and 12 Asian countries.

The main aim and objective of Exeperts4Asia is to develop the ability of international cooperation in the institutions of south and south-east Asian countries. This can only be done by providing good instructions to the future generation in research and academic staff, in administrative abilities, sharing and transferring the know-how of education and best practices. It also focuses on the idea that when students from different countries will interact with each other they would share the views, ideas and knowledge with everyone and by getting an opportunity to increase their understanding about the roles of HEI. They also want to promote EU education in the members of these countries.

As the scholarship opportunity is for the undergraduate, MS and PhD degrees so the students from the above mentioned countries should immediately start applying for the program as the last date for submitting the application is 15th February 2014.

The facilities that are to be provided for the students applicable to do scholarship in Experts4Asian student’s scholarship program are as follows:

  • They would be provided allowance of Euro 1000, 1500, 1800 and 2500 for undergraduate and graduate, doctorate, post-doctorate and academic staff respectively on monthly basis.
  • A free travel ticket in which they would be provided with a return ticket by the coordinator.
  • Insurance will be provided by a central insurance group.
  • Cost for participating in the program.
