The Banking Mohtasib can be contacted for disputes and complaints relating to Banking Malpractices, Perverse, subjective and prejudiced Actions, Operational Issues, Violation of Banking Laws, Operational Inefficiency, and Regulations, Harassments in Recovery of Loans.
If you feel that your bank is not following the guidelines of State Bank of Pakistan then you can easily file your complaint through the official website of Banking Mohtasib or through their offices. You can follow these steps to make sure your problem is solved by the bank:
Step One
Move toward your bank in writing to resolve your grievance stating in the letter that you are going to submit the complaint to the Banking Mohtasib if matter is not set on to your satisfaction. The bank is permitted a maximum of 45 days to resolve your grievance.
Step Two
If you do not take delivery of a respond from the bank within 45 days, or discover the reply unsatisfactory, you might file a grievance with the Banking Mohtasib on the agreed complaint form.
Step Three
The properly fulfilled complaint form, signed and attested by an Oath Commissioner ought to be provided to your letter of grievance addressed to the Banking Mohtasib and forwarded to the regional Baking Mohtasib.
The complaint Form is available for download on the official website of Banking Mohtasib, you can also demand a Banking Mohtasib complaint form from the Bank. Currently no online option is available to complain regarding your bank.
Time Period to Process Your Complain:
Banking Mohtasib resolves most cases within 2 months period but some cases due to the complexity may take more time.

Three years ago i visited Habib Bank limited Totakan Branch (1139) for account opening .because i doing job in saudi arabia and i want to open account for remittances. in the bank BSO told me about jubilee life insurance and told me the benefits. i am not much educated and i find it suitable .but they does not educate me well about the policy terms & conditions ,and miss guide me. Now i am in Pakistan and have no job OR work. i want to withdraw the amount which i deposited in jubilee life insurance policy . the Bank manager told me , If you want to withdraw your amount ,the jubilee life will not return you the total Amount you have deposited and will charge same Amount from your total deposited Amount. i belong to a poor family and have no source of money and the jubilee member and bank manger does not told me about the impact of charge cutting in case of easy encshment ( withdraw..)

My name is Atif Riaz and im a sukkur based businessman, I have a manufacturing plant of a packages (Nishat Packages Sukkur). Sir I have a complaint against Muhammadul Mutaali Jatoi (Ali Raza) he is an operation manager in National Bank Military Road sukkur. Sir this person Muhammadul Mutaali (Ali Raza) is harassing my wife for friendship and meeting. He is continuously calling and sending msgs to my wife and harassing her on different social pages. He also has given his contact number on msgs and he has introduced himself that he is working in national bank military road sukkur.
I belong to an Army background, so I have complaint about him to the few departments. When he was called by an intelligence sector he has accepted in front of them that he has harassed my wife.
Muhammadul mutaali (Ali raza) has also accepted in front of Mr. Mansoor Soomro (manager NBP military road sukkur) that he has harassed my wife. But when I went to Mr. Mansoor for complaint he has little cooperated but now he is supporting Muhammadul Mutali (ALI Raza) for what he has done.
Muhammadul mutali (Ali Raza) the operation manager of National Bank military road is using this branch for the crime, harassment and defiantly must be using this branch for terrorism activities as well, because he is a criminal person who is usiong this NBP office for crimes.
I request you to take a strict action against Muhammadul mutali jatoi (Ali Raza) the operation manager NBP military road sukkur.

SBP has issued Ramzan timings schedule although it is bit different from previous years and banks are using it by denying customers of its services.
Previous Ramzan Timings
Monday to Thursday
8.00 am to 1.30pm
Friday 8.00 to 12.30 pm
Now in 2019
The timings in circular are
10.00 AM to 4.00 Pm with 15 minutes break time Mon to Thu
and Friday 10.00 AM to 1.30 pm. no break
My complaint with SBP is that banks and DFIs has formulated their own timings for customers . The have reduced the customer business timings by Two hours with out any permission of state bank The do not entertain any customer beyond 2 pm although the working hours allocated by state bank is till 4 pm . So now the banks and DFIs has themselves reduced the customer business hours by 2 hours every day against the guide lines of SBP for working hours to be managed till 4 pm daily.
Therefore it requested that as a businessman we cannot operate our business in this short time resulting in agony from banks times, reduction in business hours impacting economic growth and reducing revenue for the government . Which I think should addressed immediately and allow comfort to all banking customers.
am a simple employee in a company and my company open account on my name to transfer billon of rupees on my nanme asghar traders and sign on the acount is not mine
1) The Female employees of the banks Frequently visits our offices (PWD) and strees us hard to have a credit card by telling us the only positive aspects of the card.
2) I consulted Miss Uzma from (Alfalah Bank) I-8 , She send a male correspondent to my office with a narrow written forum and ask me to sign here and there the forum was so narrow that a normal person can not even read that forum.
3) The correspondent visit twice to my office and four times to my ressindential home, I asked him to mail my all coresspondent to my residential adress He even confirm From my neighbours that from how much i am living here and is this property is mine or not. I gave him my CNIC, utility bills showing my residential adress and also gave him the official letter of my self hired house To stress him hard to mail all correspondent on my residential address.
4) I recived card and First two bills on my official address instead of my residential address. the same has done by the bank dellibratery for there advertisement, Due to which i wasmuch bothered and mentally torchered, there are four blocks in my office and over then 6 to 700 rooms in it . so i did not get my mail at proper time.
I have complainted the bank officials on telephone overthan 30-35 times but they did not bother to listen my complaint. After hard strrugles i was given complaint # 2017718069, in which they only rectify the address and did not given any reason for there initial mistae of wrong address due to i which i was badly suffered.
Now you are requested To inquire Alfalah Bank regarding my issue upon which i have complained on phone and wrriten complaint . They are only giving commands to computer to fine me constantly and not to admit there own mistake. You are requested to fine them and wave off the plenties put upon me by the Bank Alfalah. Thanks 🙂
