Lahore: CNG stations in Lahore have opened at last only for 2 days after closure of 42 days however, many CNG stations are closed today as well and long queues of vehicles are waiting at the CNG stations where CNG is available. According to source, the CNG was unavailable in Lahore for 42 days due to acute shortage and from today, CNG in Zone 1 and Zone 2 was restored from 6 AM in the morning whereas the CNG would again be closed on 6 AM on Sunday.
Because of long closure of CNG, the owners of filling stations fired the employees from their jobs due to which many CNG stations still are closed today.
The consumers of the OGRA don’t seem happy on the announcement of two days’ supply of CNG.
